RAINBOW HILL CENTRE

Rainbow Hill Baptist Church are celebrating the return to their recently refurbished centre on Astwood Road. The building has been closed for nine months while it has been extended.

Rainbow Hill Centre now boasts a modern, spacious hall and brand new kitchen and toilet facilities, to complement its existing space. The church is now exploring a range of activities which may be run by and for the community.

Commenting on the opening of the new centre, minister Rev Kerry Birch said: “Completing this new facilities has been a long process and so we’re exited to be back in this building at the heart of our community. But really we see this as just the beginning - what matters now is that Rainbow Hill Centre becomes a place that can be used by the whole community. We want to hear from our neighbours, and see together how the centre might be best used.”
